Return & Refund
Due to the custom nature of our awnings, we do not allow refunds or returns. If you want to make any changes to your order, please contact email@example.com within the next 24 hours. After this timeframe has passed, any changes will be considered an additional contract. If the awning arrives damaged, we offer replacements through our insured shippers. However, you must alert the shippers of damage before they leave or it cannot be returned under insurance.
We offer a limited warranty on our metal/copper awnings. The warranty covers issues that are related to a loss of strength from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals. This limited warranty coverage runs for 10 years from the original order date and also covers defects in framework materials and workmanship.
